Course Overview
This program equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and competencies required to plan, execute, monitor, and control procurement in donor‑funded projects. It aligns with the World Bank Procurement Framework, Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, and international best practices for transparent, efficient, and accountable procurement.
Participants will learn how to manage procurement processes from planning to contract closure, mitigate procurement risks, prevent fraud and corruption, and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
