Course Overview

This RTI training course on  ISO 9001:2015 provides you with the key terms, definitions, and foundations of ISO 9001:2015, so you can better meet customer needs.
 
This is an excellent introduction to the principles of quality standards for anyone involved in the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (QMS). Set against the backdrop of today’s competitive and demanding consumer environment, the course covers concepts that include risk-based thinking, process approach, plan-do-check-act, and the seven management principles. In this step on your learning journey with RTI, you will also learn about the structure of this standard, which incorporates the Annex SL common framework for management system standards.
