About Course

1. Course Overview

This program equips debt managers, treasury officials, and PFM practitioners with the knowledge and practical skills required to apply, interpret, and use the World Bank’s DeMPA Tool. The DeMPA is a globally recognized diagnostic framework used to evaluate the institutional, legal, and operational performance of government debt management systems.

Participants learn how to conduct a full DeMPA assessment, interpret scores, identify weaknesses, and design reform plans to strengthen debt management capacity.
